Dark Forest Sparkling Kombucha is crafted in a jun style, fermented from green tea, subtle and bright without loosing any of the health benefits of Kombucha made from black tea. The flavour profile allows us to pick up on the earth and grassy notes of the organic Australia tea and compliment them with whole fruits and herbs like rosemary and thyme.
